If you have a Pano that is using a twain driver to connect to Dentrix Image and it comes in rotated, you need to run the patch from the Dentrix FTP site. Go to ftp.dentrix.com (using "dentrix" for username and password). Navigate to hightech folder > hardware folder, and locate Dentrix_image4.xtwain.exe - run the patch and it will solve the problem.
